RETURNS & REFUNDS

As all of our products are printed to order, unfortunately we cannot routinely offer refunds unless there is a fault with the item. Under certain circumstances a refund for another reason will be considered but this will be at our discretion. If you change your mind immediately after placing an order and can let us know before we have sent it to the printers a change or cancellation may be accommodated. For Christmas shop items (cards, calendars, special offer prints) that are available for pre-order before a particular date specified in the shop product information, payment will be taken at the time the order is made but we will accept cancellations up until that specified date, which is when we start to send the items to print.
